[vc_row][vc_column width=”2/3″][vc_custom_heading text=”Description” font_container=”tag:h2|text_align:left|color:%2300bab3″ use_theme_fonts=”yes”][vc_column_text]A pleasant walk along the coast, surrounded by blue sea, the pink-reddish Dolomite rocks, and the green Mediterranean scrub.

This route along the coast will amaze you with its colors: the view will offer you all the gradations of sea colors, blending with the green of the lower Mediterranean scrub. The backdrop is Mount Cofano, a mountain looming over the sea, a massive Dolomite rock structure, which divides the Cofano Gulf from the Bonagia Gulf. All around, the pinkish-red rock stretches into the sky, contrasting with its blue and green surroundings.
The expansion of coast on which you prepare to walk is very particular: in long stretches of it, you can find so-called carbonate platforms, abounding with small circular coves called “Pozzi di Venere” (Wells of Venus). It is a true geological rarity: learn about the legend the waypoints will share with you along the way.
At the Santa Margherita Bay, you will discover a beautiful white, sometimes pink, beach, nestled in the rocky coast: here, the seabed gently slopes, allowing the sea to turn from turquoise to deep blue shades, and giving children the perfect spot to take a dip in the water. Is there any better excuse to get them to walk with us up to here?
